Engaging the Google Generation
From a framework of Positive Youth Development (PYD), we bring you “Engaging the Google Generation” – a workshop designed for educators who work with foundation and undergraduate students in universities.
The aim of the workshop is to help universities improve student retention and sense of belonging, attention and commitment to learning, and lecturer’s teaching evaluations.
Participant Learning Outcomes
Be able to:
1.Understand what is PYD
2.Use principles of PYD to connect with young people in the classroom
3.Engage youth in teaching and learning using strategies that map onto their needs
4.Be aware of our personality strengths as educators
This workshop is also available for business with young executives and NGOs.
